We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. To offer peace of mind, we provide a 30-day refund policy on our starter kits. This means that you have 30 days from the date you receive your starter kit to initiate a refund if you're not completely satisfied.

What Items Are Eligible for Refund?

• Starter Kits: If you decide that the starter kit is not the right fit for you, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that the product must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

• Non-Refundable Items: We do not accept returns on our Refill packs, as these are non-refundable. Additionally, we cannot process returns for products that have not been used but have been removed from their original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
